A quote from Andy Harling 'Well as some may remember I decided to help Lisa’s fundraising for the Joshua Tarrant Trust in the Cambridge Half Marathon by saying if she got past £500 I’d do a 10k run this summer. Well the time has come. On July 1st I will be taking part in the Newmarket 10k. So please donate generously to a great cause and make my pain and subsequent trip to A&E worth it.'
